It has been an interesting summer for boys grassroots basketball. I wasn't so sure I wanted to tackle a national poll again but I jumped in and the EYBL Peach Jam was worth the effort. I was able to predict 70% of the Peach Jam games with my "Sagarin" style mathematical model. It helped that The Circuit was tracking a lot of League and Independent scores so that I did not have to track down individual tournaments. So consider this a final post of 17U Boys ratings. I will start with the Circuit Leagues team averages and post links to each league and the Independents and my top 2000 17U teams. I missed some teams in my modeling but there are only so many hours in the day and I ran out of time. The Circuits were all competitive but EYBL was, by far, the elite of the elite. UAA and 3SSB both came close but most leagues were a far cry from the excellence of EYBL. There were a few teams in the other leagues that could hang with EYBL teams and a few EY...
